British Columbia has got to be one of the best places to ride a motorcycle.
You can spend weeks riding through mountains and twisties.
The South Klondike Highway runs from Whitehorse YT, through B.C., to Skagway Alaska,
and was the most scenic road we travelled on during our cross-country trip.

The Alaska Hotel.  Seedy, convinient and cheap.  It's not for everyone!  Two nights was enough even for us!
Dawson Creek, B.C.

Everyone who visits Dawson Creek needs a picture of this...

...and of this.  Dawson Creek B.C.  Mile '0' of the Alaska Highway

And here it is...the famous Alaska Highway.  Heading north to the Yukon.

Some road-side stops are just, well....creative

Wild Eagle tour in northwestern B.C.  This guy talked to us for almost 1 hour.
He resucues injured eagles and re-trains them to hunt.  Above is a golden eagle.

Large wildlife on the Alaska Highway.  This herd of Buffalo stopped traffic for 10 minutes.

The day before, it was free range horses that stopped traffic.

More animals.  These goats are hard to see unless they are moving.

Caribou just hang out.  They don't run away like deer and bears.
